I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and have been teaching vinyasa and restorative classes in Greater Boston since 2015. In 2021, I graduated from the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program under direction of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I hold additional certifications in yin & restorative yoga, myofascial release, kids' yoga, & Balanced Athlete®. With over a decade of personal practice experience and more than 500 teaching hours under my belt, I bring my love of mindful movement and stillness into every class and aim to create a safe, accessible, and empowering experience for all.
