ABOUT ME

I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and have been teaching vinyasa and restorative classes in Greater Boston since 2015. In 2021, I graduated from the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program under direction of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I hold additional certifications in yin & restorative yoga, myofascial release, kids' yoga, & Balanced Athlete®. With over a decade of personal practice experience and more than 500 teaching hours under my belt, I bring my love of mindful movement and stillness into every class and aim to create a safe, accessible, and empowering experience for all.

This is my signature class that combines gentle yoga flows, restorative postures, and seated meditation for a uniquely relaxing and grounding mind-body experience.

This course is the perfect guide to mindful meditation. It gives an understanding of all basic practices and needed to feel comfortable and empowered with your thoughts. After this course I feel more balanced and meditating for just 5 min when I feel stressed and overwhelmed (or just every day) has been my magic cure.
